Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of these products, returns and refunds are not offered.

However, free replacements are offered immediately under the following circumstances...

- If there is any damage done to your order during shipment.

- If we make a mistake on the personalization of your order.

- If there are any issues with the clock movement not working properly.

Please note that if you made a mistake on the personalization of your order (wrong spelling or date), a refund or free replacement is not offered, however a replacement at a reduced price is offered, so please contact us for details if this happens.

If you realize that you made a mistake before your order is shipped, please contact us immediately so corrections can be made. 

Otherwise, once a personalized clock is made and shipped it cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced at no cost.
